These terms apply to all purchases of digital access to content on area21films.dk. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

2. Digital Access & License When you purchase access to, digital streaming, you are buying a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to stream the content.
The content is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of access without a refund.
3. No Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy) Due to the nature of digital content, once the delivery of the digital service has begun (i.e., when you start streaming or gain access to the content), you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the content is accessed.
4. Payment
All prices are as listed on the website.
We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Area21 Films does not store your credit card information.
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property All content, including but not limited to videos, scripts, concept art, and graphics, is the property of Area21 Films.
You may not record, download (unless specified), copy, or redistribute the content.
Any unauthorized use or copyright infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Area 21 Films shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the digital access.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Denmark.
8. Binding Arbitration (US Residents only): Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
